It's up since 12.02.03 and still not listed as official mirror? Why? And what should I do to get listed?

I apologize for the severe delay in adding new mirrors. With the release of 2004.0 we are a little backlogged, I hope you can understand. I will try and get to these mirrors as soon as possible. Thanks for your support, we truly do appreciate it!
