ebuild with prefix fix

My friend Steve Trogdon noticed through test with sage from the sage-on-gentoo overlay that pari wasn't compiled against gmp even so gmp was requested. This uncovered the fact that the configuration script of pari doesn't know anything about the prefix path except for X where someone did a small sed.
A better solution is to eprefixify the 4 concerned files and make sure the prefix is seen first.

See ebuild and patch attached.
