Bumped the existing .ebuild, mysql and patch file in /files dir and added the MD5 checksum information into digest-phpmyadmin-2.5.6_rc2

MD5 51eebb1363bbef27a7cf6e3fbb95ee5c phpMyAdmin-2.5.6-rc2.tar.bz2 1111232

This latest version of phpMyAdmin corrects quite a few problems, one which is fatal. Read the release notes here:

An ebuild is in portage for quite some time, I think this bug should be closed?
