Package media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20100223 cannot be compiled without dev-lang/perl.

Perl is used internally while compiling:
perl section_generate.pl atsc_psip_section.pl

Please add dev-lang/perl as a buildtime dependency of media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20100223
