Bug 429314 – gnome2.eclass: build log not entirely verbose

Build log should always be verbose, please force it until some EAPI includes a fix for this.

Other versions might be affected as well.

We should fix it at eclass level to cover most gnome packages

for autotools based build system this should be obsolete as per http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/portage.git;a=commit;h=1cc39de72ac5311db748341ef9183586556719d9

Done in eclass for eapi < 5, probably most bugs blocking this tracker need to be reopened as the portage commit for older eapis was finally dropped and people won't bump to eapi5 "by default" in next bumps
