When the last portage update games sound stop working , the app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-sdl-20120127 run fine but the last stables isnt't. It only happens in 32 bits opengl games with sdl sound.

No, it's caused by 64 bits lib being used instead of 32 bits one *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 417289 ***
