Required for gcc-4.6 stabilization wrt bug 362843
arches have fun, works and only contains the gcc4.6 patch
Could you please provide a way to test this applcation please ? I'm getting the following:

Ignoring unrecognised switch "--help" >>>>>> CCP4 library signal ccp4_general:Cannot open environ.def (Error) raised in ccp4fyp <<<<<< scala: Cannot open environ.def scala: Cannot open environ.def Times: User: 0.0s System: 0.0s Elapsed: 0:00

you need to source /etc/profile to start it. Sadly I cannot give you any test case.
is this what you're looking for ?

############################################################### ############################################################### ############################################################### ### CCP4 6.1: Scala version 3.3.18 : 21/01/10## ############################################################### User: armageddon Run date: 1/ 6/2012 Run time: 03:34:11 Please reference: Collaborative Computational Project, Number 4. 1994.
