Can you either enable debug messages with this: CONFIG_IWLWIFI_DEBUG=y or pass a parameter to your module: modprobe iwlwifi debug=0x43fff And then copy the dmesg here
It's little funny... In debug mode, the system run without error. Fedora is applying the following two patches (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=825491): http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless.git;a=commitdiff;h=d012d04e4d6312ea157b6cf19e9689af934f5aa7 http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless.git;a=commitdiff;h=d6ee27eb13beab94056e0de52d81220058ca2297 which solve the problem with "Queue 2 stuck". Can we plz haz them too?
Released in gentoo-sources-3.4.2-r1
I apply the two patchs : http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/linux-patches/genpatches-2.6/trunk/3.4/2405_iwlwifi-SCD-key-removal.patch?revision=2158&view=markup http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/linux-patches/genpatches-2.6/trunk/3.4/2410_iwlwifi-disable-chain-ext-feat.patch?revision=2158&view=markup But the problem is the same ... Can someone affected please test gentoo-sources-3.4.3 ?
With sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.4.3 the problem is the same Jun 19 00:27:01 droidelaptop kernel: [ 1343.493333] iwlwifi 0000:0c:00.0: Queue 2 stuck for 2000 ms. I'm affected with 3.4.9 and 3.4.10 (and earlier 3.4 versions).
Did this ever work before? What's the last version this worked for and the first version for which it has broken? If so, is someone up for doing a git bisect to identify the offending commit? http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Kernel_git-bisect
