Is it OK to stabilise =sci-biology/clustalx-2.1?

It has been in the tree for 30 days, and there are no open bugs.

Since the maintainer and herd are unresponsive, and we (Qt project) need this for qt4.eclass deprecation, we request that the arches please go ahead, test and mark this as stable.
