I have encountered bug #35875 today. It is marked as fixed, but I don't believe that it is. I believe any user should be able to reopen a bug marked fixed, since I believe this is a better alternative than to open a new bug.

the user was satisfied with the results so it was closed and the user didn't argue... Your issue might be different so it's best to open a bugreport and file again... if anything you can refrence the previous bug so people get familar with the previous bug. Sorry, but I won't fix this one=P

IMHO this bug is about the ability to reopen bugs, not exactly bug 35875. Could you, please, reopen?

You can reopen bugs that belong to you, if you want that functionality you can request so at bugzilla.mozilla.org but I will not allow users to open other peoples bugs... if you had a problem, then file another bug... sorry
