Fonts-menu in Settings -> Font -> Custom displays only a small part of the fonts that are visible in the KDE Control Center. In addition, selecting Linux from Font-menu displays the following error: Font `-misc-console-medium-r-normal--16-160-72-72-c-80-iso10646-1' not found. Check README.linux.console for help. xlsfonts produces following: $ xlsfonts | grep console -misc-console-medium-r-normal--0-0-72-72-c-0-iso10646-1 -misc-console-medium-r-normal--0-0-72-72-c-0-iso10646-1 -misc-console-medium-r-normal--16-160-72-72-c-160-iso10646-1 -misc-console-medium-r-normal--16-160-72-72-c-80-iso10646-1 -misc-console-medium-r-normal--8-80-72-72-c-80-iso10646-1 -misc-console-medium-r-normal--8-80-72-72-c-80-iso10646-1 This problem was not present until a few days ago, I appeared while using KDE 3.1.4 and it still exists with KDE 3.2 I also tried the solution on bug #20014 as it seemed to be similar, but it didn't help. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to change konsole font 2. 3. You have to add additional directories to fontconfig configuration file - /etc/fonts/fonts.conf.
