redeclipse changed their protocol for on-line gaming with v.1.2 from previous versions.  Please version bump.

The bump is trivial, except that the 'site' dir is no longer part of the tarball; so I added a grabber to get the icon from sourceforge separately.

I'm attaching the bumped ebuild to the original bug 363413
