Since Tue Apr 24 22:05:02 CEST 2012, syncing from masterportage.gentoo.org fails with the following:

rsync: failed to connect to masterportage.gentoo.org (89.16.167.138): Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.9]


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to sync from masterportage.gentoo.org

Actual Results:  
Sync times out.

Expected Results:  
Sync should be fine.

Occurs from rsync1.fr.gentoo.org (87.98.190.20).
