pcb depends on tcl/tk and this is not reflected in the ebuild

Looks like tk is just a build time dependency. It happily starts when both aren't installed. It does not need tcl at all as far as I can see.
Thanks for the hint anyway, corrected version should be in portage soon.

Fixed for good with optional tk in pcb-20080202. The only thing that actually depends on tk is the Quad Flat Package viewer.
