FVWM 2.6.4 has been released by upstream 2.5 months ago, but still isn't in portage.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
not in portage

Expected Results:  
should have been bumped already

Proposal for fvwm-2.6.4

This bumps the version but also adds some ewarns telling people not to report bugs upstream unless they are using USE=vanilla. It also sets USE=vanilla by default.

I think the wording of "don't ever dare" when referring to bug reporting is a little strong.  Would prefer to see something like:

  Please do not report bugs upstream unless USE=vanilla has been tried first.

Or some such.

Fvwm 2.6.5 is out, it would be nice to have a new gentoo official ebuild of FVWM. We are still using the 2.6.3 - 30-Sept-2011 version on gentoo.
