Changelog for this version says:
- Wicd 1.7.1 compatibility

Since Wicd 1.7.2 is now stable, you should also stabilize Wicd Client KDE 0.3.0 (KDE 4.8.1 randomly crashes on shutdown with 0.2.2 or 0.2.3).

Looks good on amd64 for me ;)
