@sparc =dev-util/cmake-2.8.6-r4 was stabilized can you confirm this issue? And if yes any chance to fix this in next stable candidate =dev-util/cmake-2.8.7-r5?
Comment 2 Johannes Huber gentoo-dev 2012-04-28 21:30:22 UTC
@Dustin can you please try again without ccache?

Fails the same way and 2.8.7-r4 as well.
I can try with 2.8.7-r5 if requested.

Yes please test it.

It fails in the same way as well.
Comment 6 Raúl Porcel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2012-06-23 18:24:33 UTC
This happens because CMAKE_ASM_FLAGS is empty(should be maybe the same as CFLAGS?), and our(sparc) gcc compiler has a too low default CPU which doesn't support what the test needs.

Ok if we cant test this at the moment. Closed for now until sparc team gets new hardware.
