I have not serial port with my motherboard, so I can't get full error message.
Here's partial output I could read and typed myself.

I've posted the patches I mentioned at bug description.
These patches fixed this bug in gentoo-sources-3.3.1 and vanilla-sources-3.3.1.

(In reply to comment #3)
> What happens with vanilla-sources-3.3.1?

vanilla-sources-3.3.1 with the same .config also produced kernel panic when dom0.
If not boot as dom0, the kernel boot fine.
Again, when I patched the kernel, the kernel boots flawlessly as dom0.

So, this seems to be upstream bug.

Is my bug report probably worth close?
Comment 10 Mike Pagano gentoo-dev 2012-10-10 12:51:01 UTC
Please reopen if this is still an issue with later kernels.
