need to --with-unixodbc to the configure options as it is disabled by default

Fixed in zabbix-1.8.11-r1 which was just commited to cvs, please test when it reaches your portage tree.  Zabbix supports both unixodbc and iodbc as backend libraries.  If you want iodbc, enable odbc and iodbc....if unixodbc, just enable odbc and not iodbc.
