/etc/init.d/nrpe 3.2.3 uses deprecated opts, --startas, and --chuid

I apologize if this is fixed in HEAD, nagios 3.3.1, but the IRC #nagios and all other nagios docs say not to use 3.3.1 as it's not stable...
