When running Superkaramba in KDE 3.2, themes always remain on top of other windows, when in fact they should do the opposite. This is not an issue with KDE 3.1.5 or 3.1.4. After searching sourceforge, I found that the problem could be fixed by commenting out the line "KWin::setType(winId(), NET::Dock);" in karamba.cpp. Perhaps simply a new ebuild could reflect this fix? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install KDE 3.2 2. Install Superkaramba 3. Run any superkaramba theme under KDE 3.2 Actual Results: Superkaramba themes always remain on top of other windows. Expected Results: The themes should remain 'always behind'.
dupe -> Bug 33243
Not a dupe, I think: #33243 refers to karamba, and for that there is a workaround, or at least you can manually apply the patch. This is SuperKaramba, and things are different, I guess.
Created attachment 26125 [details, diff] Proposed patch Ok, tried a patch - it works for me. It follows what said also for karamba in the other bug. Smart... ;)
