As xulrunner is going to be removed from the tree, it needs to be removed from the dependencies of lightspark.  As per bug 383143 , lightspark includes its own npapi headers so xulrunner is no longer needed for that.

Hopefully no other parts of xulrunner (ie, libxul) are needed and this is a trivial update.
