Package app-doc/doc++ cannot be compiled without sys-devel/flex.

The error is:
/var/tmp/portage/app-doc/doc++-3.4.10-r3/work/doc++-3.4.10/missing: line 46: flex: command not found
WARNING: `flex' is missing on your system.  You should only need it if
         you modified a `.l' file.  You may need the `Flex' package
         in order for those modifications to take effect.  You can get
         `Flex' from any GNU archive site.

Steps to reproduce:
1) emerge -C flex
2) emerge doc++

Please add sys-devel/flex as a buildtime dependency of app-doc/doc++
