Fixed. The leading spaces bug is a bit irrelevant to this bug report but I fixed it anyway

Now I used firefox and opera for checking. they showing same result: header is missed. however I opened same ebuild at znurt and it give another url for same host (sources.gentoo.org) and there everything is ok. maybe thats some bug of viewcvs.. anyway thanks
