Following up on bug 386477, could the handbook please include a link to the releng page for our GPG signing keys, into the section that describes how to verify the download with GPG.

It needs to go into two separate sections:
"Pulling Validated Portage Tree Snapshots"
"Downloading and Burning the Installation CDs"

This is as the present listing of keys has no context as to which keys as which, and rather than duplicate the information, just linking to where it already exists is more useful.
