krusader (2.4.0_beta1 here) has a bookmarking function; it needs kde-base/keditbookmarks to organize them; this is not automatically pulled in; it should be, or, if not, be a use-flaggable option.
krusader have a own bookmark implementation. No build and runtime dependencies to kde-base/keditbookmarks.

Sorry, but I could not manage/edit my krusader bookmarks, and after installing keditbookmarks I could, so this is based on actual experience. This is also described in the krusader handbook, see http://www.krusader.org/handbook/krusader-tools.html near the end of the page. Arch linux lists it as a runtime dependency: http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/krusader/ Reverting bug to 'unconfirmed', because, with all due respect, I doubt the 'no runtime dependency' statement was really verified.
Fixed in kde-misc/krusader-2.4.0_beta1. New default enabled USE flag 'bookmarks', same as in kde-base/konqueror. Sync in some hours.
