It seems that they have taken the file offline since the original maintainer stopped developing and the new one isn't interested in the 2.x series. I will try to put it on the mirror some time soon.
as mentioned in the linked bug I uploaded the file to my server for now but will have to still decide what to do about the package in the long run. just update your layman repo. to make it easier: http://www.lordvan.com/mirror/me-tv/me-tv-2.0.1.tar.gz
