111222 18:15:32 [ERROR] Can't create IP socket: Address family not supported by protocol Something is really weird with your networking. Can I please get the iproute2 output of: /sbin/ip addr /sbin/ip -4 route /sbin/ip -6 route And if you're using any of the routing policy, please show me the output of 'rule' for both IPv4 and IPv6, as well as each of your routing tables. Also, does your IPv6 networking work locally over loopback?
I don't have compiled ipv6 into the kernel. $ /sbin/ip addr 1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 16436 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00 inet 127.0.0.1/8 scope host lo 2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state UP qlen 1000 link/ether 00:24:7e:11:75:c4 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff 3: wlan0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN qlen 1000 link/ether 00:22:fa:62:9b:78 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff 4: tap0: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,PROMISC,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast master br0 state DOWN qlen 500 link/ether 62:02:c1:73:14:d8 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff 5: tap1: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,PROMISC,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast master br0 state DOWN qlen 500 link/ether 76:45:f8:0f:35:42 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff 6: br0: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state DOWN link/ether 62:02:c1:73:14:d8 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff inet 192.168.0.254/16 scope global br0 10: ppp0: <POINTOPOINT,MULTICAST,NOARP,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1492 qdisc pfifo_fast state UNKNOWN qlen 3 link/ppp inet 78.54.52.137 peer 213.191.76.23/32 scope global ppp0 $ /sbin/ip -4 route default via 213.191.76.23 dev ppp0 metric 4007 127.0.0.0/8 via 127.0.0.1 dev lo 192.168.0.0/16 dev br0 proto kernel scope link src 192.168.0.254 213.191.76.23 dev ppp0 proto kernel scope link src 78.54.52.137 $ /sbin/ip -6 route default via 213.191.76.23 dev ppp0 metric 4007 127.0.0.0/8 via 127.0.0.1 dev lo 192.168.0.0/16 dev br0 proto kernel scope link src 192.168.0.254 213.191.76.23 dev ppp0 proto kernel scope link src 78.54.52.137
Ok, So I need to look at those tests and see how they react to not having IPv6 in their setups.
Upstream says you need to have IPv6, or ignore the test failure.
