Description Denis Kaganovich 2011-12-07 18:51:01 UTC
This minor bug produces by Bug 368743, where I suggest [new] mpm-itk patch for apache2. It basically must be produced from mpm-prefork by step-by-step patch series (exclude first 2 of them = copy of prefork) or from monolitic diff from apache 2.2.17. I provide second way. This is good, but not included minor upstream bugfix: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41743

IMHO good idea to add additional patch to next release.

Steinar H. Gunderson says:
"Most likely it is, yes. However, it's a minor issue (graceful restart will
happen as soon as the keepalive has timed out), so I doubt I will be
issuing a separate update for it.

Note that at least Debian and Ubuntu actually start by copying prefork to
mpm-itk, so any bugfixes applied to prefork in those distributions will apply
to mpm-itk as well. I don't know if other distributors do the same."

Reproducible: Always

Without one upstream comment fix. Lazy. Use upstream if care.

Ou. IMHO all fixed, no? Changing status...
