Test log with X and DBUS, 1 of 3 fail

Note that test 1 brings up windows, so will likely not work without dbus

Test 1 brings up windows, so won't work without dbus
Test 3 fails, needs investigation

Comment 3 Ian Delaney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2012-01-13 16:19:09 UTC
test 3; can be represented in the line
    QVERIFY(client->haveAnswer);
which returns false.
It's returning false to
while( !client->haveAnswer && !client->isSensorLost && timeout--)
  QTest::qWait(10);
I really don't follow what goes on here.
Running the test the line  QVERIFY(client->haveAnswer);
reports False immediately. The timeout is not awaited.
I assume it started False and the while statement never returned a True state and it merrily continued upon the timeout passing.

dbus ref not involved here.

FAIL!  : TestKsysguardd::testFormatting(acpi/Cooling_Device/0/Current State) 'client->haveAnswer' returned FALSE. ()

Could have some missing feature in my kernel for all I know

Still broken in 4.10.0
Comment 6 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2013-06-21 17:23:12 UTC
Tests are restricted and we have decided that it's not currently useful to track this issue.
