Trying to build libdbusmenu-0.5.1 results in the following error:

[ebuild  N     ] dev-libs/libdbusmenu-0.5.1  USE="gtk introspection -gtk3 -test -vala" 685 kB
...
configure: error: gnome-doc-utils >= 0.3.2 not found

After installing gnome-doc-utils it builds fine.
