media-gfx/gmic depends directly on media-libs/jpeg instead of virtual/jpeg.  This creates dependancy conflicts if an alternate JPEG library is installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge media-libs/libjpeg-turbo media-gfx/gmic

Actual Results:
