cdw-0.7.0 upgrade (new version)

- attached patch to be applied to present cdw-0.6.0
- attached ebuild

(... take your pick, it's easier to create, build & test the ebuild vs. creating a patch, as the patch is also untested.)

Patch is to be applied to the current cdw-0.6.0.ebuild.

There's an old patch, that no longer applies cleanly due to the author's recent complete restructuring of the Makefile.am* files.

I do not think it's needed at all as I've been building cdw releases & CVS from sources for the past 6+ months.   Was likely something from an old release, and was required due to a broken compile?  People need to put a few comments within the ebuilds, as Changelogs are separate files. ;-)

cdw-0.7.0.ebuild is in portage.
