while emerging gnome-voice-control 0.2 i get the following error.

checking for GNOME_PANEL... configure: error: Package requirements (libpanelapplet-2.0 gtk+-2.0 libgnomeui-2.0 gstreamer-0.10 gstreamer-base-0.10 gdk-2.0 libwnck-1.0 cspi-1.0) were not met:

No package 'cspi-1.0' found

tried to fix with
at-spi2-core at-spi and all related to spi.

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GNOME_PANEL_CFLAGS
and GNOME_PANEL_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

Please provide emerge --info. This package does not exist in tree so I think you should talk to the overlay maintainer, not us.
For the record, cspi-1.0 is provided by gnome-extra/at-spi (most likely slot 1).
