dev-db/postgresql-server-9.1.0[perl] failed to compile.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="perl" emerge -v1 =postgresql-server-9.1.0



Expected Results:  
Successful compilation

Workaround: Don't enable perl flag.
