Some screenlets from x11-plugins/screenlets depend on Python's gconf module. Please reflect this in the package's dependencies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ClearWeather screenlet

Actual Results:  
Fails while importing Proxy plugin which requires gconf module and ClearWeather doesn't download data

Expected Results:  
ClearWeathers downloads data and presents weather.
