emerging =sys-process/procps-3.2.8_p10-r1[unicode] with ncurses[-unicode] fails because watch.c tries to include ncursesw/ncurses.h.

procps should depend on ncurses[unicode?]. No idea why other versions of procps don't fail like this, must be due to the additional patches or something.

Fixed.
