fluxbox 0.9.7 will compile under ppc, but the keyword is not in the ebuild (just x86, sparc, and hppa).

That's right, but it seems to be terribly slow on startup.  It needs about a minute to start on my iBook and shows some strange display errors.

Do you have the same errors?

fluxbox-0.9.8 has been placed in ~ppc.
