soundconverter-1.5.3 got tests restricted due to an upstream bug, which was fixed in time for 1.5.4, so we should try re-enabling the tests on the next bump or revbump (1.5.4 went stable without already).
Though I personally now had different kind of issues than the original when temporarily trying to re-enable on 1.5.4 a week ago, so some work might be necessary. (something related to dbus/gconf env var stuff it seemed, might not be a problem on a properly up to date system)
