The x11-libs/libX11-1.4.4 ebuild marks the package as requiring >=x11-proto-7.0.13, but in fact >=x11-proto/xproto-7.0.17 is required.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have <x11-proto-7.0.16 installed
2. Emerge x11-libs/libX11-1.4.4
Actual Results:  
The configure failed, noting that the xproto version is too old.

Expected Results:  
The configure should have succeeded.

This may be true of the other versions as well; I didn't check. I got to this situation while attempting to emerge @world on a machine that hasn't been upgraded in a while, xproto was to be upgraded, but only after libX11.

Manually upgrading xproto solved the problem.
