This has a long story of problems, like bug #289449, bug #295446. If in doubt: my system just wasted 6 hours on those tests it could spend on compiling rest of KDE. Developers' time is quite limited, etc, etc.

In upstream trunk, three tests pass (but one probably shouldn't), one hangs, and one fails. Reported on upstream bugzilla.
I have all tests passing if I add VIRTUALDBUS_TEST=true in 4.9.80. I'd appreciate if someone could confirm this before I remove the RESTRICT.

It is passing here (after some time) with the addition of dbus, but I am still not convinced that the tests are not useless/broken.
Tests are restricted and we have decided that it's not currently useful to track this issue.
