With the update to 2.x I noticed that marble was going to be installed, since I will probably never use that and it's useless for me, I think that we should make it optional, just like mediawiki. So I added a couple of USE flags for them. Probably more could be added.

Disabling these uses you remove dependencies on libkmap, marble and libmediawiki.
