R-2.13.1 fails it's tests. This looks somewhat similar to bug 353545, which I can confirm when merging R-2.12.1. I tested R-2.13.1 with hardened-gcc-4.6.1 and vanilla-gcc-4.6.1 on ~amd64 and got identical build logs.

The failing test is as follows.

running code in 'reg-BLAS.R' ...make[3]: *** [reg-BLAS.Rout] Error 1

And one more info I forgot: I see the same test failure for R-2.13.0.

it is the same as bug 353545. problem is with the blas implementation.
