pilrc 3.2 beta 1 is out.  

Is this ebuild still being maintained?

yeah, except the ebuild needs substantially more than what is submitted.

Pilrc 3.2 ebuild

This ebuild works.  It's basically the 2.9 build with new download location and
./configure changed to unix/configure.

i just rewrote huge chunks of the pilrc ebuild and now it is much cleaner than before. and bumped the version to 3.2.
