I found this out when comitting stuff to our cvs:

gpg: pkglue.c:41: mpi_from_sexp: Assertion `data' failed.
!!! !!! gpg exited with '6' status

A fix was already committed to the gnupg-tree:

Please consider this bug urgent as there might be gentoo-devs using ~arch who now cannot sign the Manifest files anymore.
