patch for mpd 0.16.3 segfault

mpd 0.16.3 segfaults with dmesg "error 7 in libavformat.so".
The problem is described here: http://musicpd.org/mantis/view.php?id=3266 and the patch is working (confirmed by me ;0).
Please update portage with this patch.
