scanelf: rpath_security_checks(): Maybe? sec problem with DT_RPATH='lib64' in /tmp/portage/net-libs/libproxy-0.4.6-r3/image/usr/lib64/libproxy.so.1.0.0

I see various warnings about rpath_security_checks, should I open a new bug?

The vala dependency in libproxy seems to be useless. It just copies the .vapi file. I'm going to remove the dependency + use-flag and make the ebuild install  the file unconditionally since it's just 333 bytes.

This should not affect stabilization at all, I'm only mentioning this here for documentation purposes.
