Which overlay is the ebuild from? Is it anything Gentoo has control over? If it is a 3rd party ebuild/patches then you should try reporting it to them instead.
It's from the sage-on-gentoo overlay. If bug 201321 belongs here, then so does this one.
that logic does not hold. bugs to get new packages into the tree are fine, but that doesnt mean bugs for packages not in the tree yet are. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 201321 ***
