Calling flaggie like: flaggie -envfile where `envfile' matches a file in /etc/portage/env/, causes it to create a `-envfile' entry in package.env (without a warning) which does cause portage to try to load `-envfile'. flaggie should either warn about that or assume `%' for envfiles.
