Server Log with current init script

After upgrading from Version 3.0.0_beta28 the initscript was unable to start the deamon. This somehow seems to be related to setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH twice (within init script and script under /usr/sbin).

I resolved this for me with calling the binary directly from the init script. Find attached the startup log before the change was made and a patch for the init script. If this gets merged somehow the file in /usr/sbin should be removed.
